Terms and Conditions for Pre-Registration for Beyond Beauty Club Members

0. Beyond Beauty Club GmbH, with registered office at Giesshuebelstrasse 62d, 8045 Zurich, Switzerland (“Beyond Beauty Club”).
1. This pre-registration form allows you to express your interest in becoming a Beyond Beauty Club Member. It is not an application to become a Beyond Beauty Club Member.
2. We will contact you in due course to provide you with the opportunity to become a Beyond Beauty Club Member and, if you wish to proceed at that time, you will need to complete a Beyond Beauty Club Member Application & Agreement specifically to become a Club Member. You have a free choice as to whether or not you wish to do so. No obligations arise from you filling out the pre-registration form.
3. All Beyond Beauty Club Members must complete and submit a Beyond Beauty Club Member Application and agree to the Terms & Conditions laid out during the sign-up process. Completed applications are accepted in the absolute discretion of Beyond Beauty Club. The completion and submission of this pre- registration form does not guarantee that any application you may make to become a Beyond Beauty Club Member will be accepted.
4. You will not be affiliated with Beyond Beauty Club until the process for you to formally join Beyond Beauty Club as an independent Beyond Beauty Club Member, as described above, has been completed. Prior to that time you are not a participant in Beyond Beauty Club’s trading scheme and you are not to advertise to the public that you are affiliated with Beyond Beauty Club or to conduct any other activities in a manner which it any way hold out or convey the impression that you are affiliated with Beyond Beauty Club until your completed application to become independent Beyond Beauty Club Member has been accepted by Beyond Beauty Club.
5. When you submit this U.K. pre-registration form we will process your personal data in connection with our relationship with you in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at [https://www.beyondbeautyclub.com/privacy-policy]. We will also communicate with you by email at the email address you have provided above, but if you do not wish to receive communications from us you will have the option to opt-out at any time.
6. There is no cost for expressing your interest in becoming a Beyond Beauty Club Member. Please do not pay or agree to pay any money to any person in connection with this pre-registration form.

Statutory warnings.

• It is illegal for an existing Club Member, third party or participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join the trading scheme.
• Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved.
• No initial purchase or other payment is required to become independent Beyond Beauty Club Member.

By filling out the pre-registration form you confirm that you have read and understood the above notes and that you are interested in becoming a Beyond Beauty Club Member.
